Hey guys! Its Tuesday! I wanted to take a few minutes this morning to remind you of the importance of spending time with God with a thought from Psalm 1.
In this chapter, you will find the formula for happiness and success in life. The world today is looking for this formula. They will fill it with everything but what I am about to share with you, but this is how you can live a happy and successful life. Here it is!
vs. 1 Blessed (happy) is the Man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly...
vs. 2 His delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
vs. 3 And he shall be like a tree, planted by the rivers of water...and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
If you want true happiness and success in life here is your formula:
Take great joy in spending time with the Lord in His Word.
Let it transform your life. Be like a tree. A tree that roots it's life in the truths of Scripture. Let God's Word guide you through life and help you make decisions that would honor the Lord. Do that and watch God bless your life and I promise, nothing can bring you more happiness than a life dedicated to the Lord and His Word.
